Care to lend a hand?
Sebastian's medical costs have been high and frequent on the road to recovery. In January, we launched a 30-day internet fundraiser for his first TPLO surgery. We raised $1000 toward that $3000 surgery. The surgery was ultimately put on hold because of the severity of his other medical problems. Since then, Sebastian has been a frequent visitor to our veterinary hospital. We now know that once we are cleared for surgery, we will need it performed on BOTH back knees, making it a near $6000 surgery.
I made a commitment to Sebastian when he was rescued and I will continue to do what I do because I know it is the right thing... but I haven't been able to do it alone! I have received an outpouring of support from people regarding Sebastian and his journey and I thank you all!
Sebastian's continued treatment outside of surgery has been costly. Our "family" is grateful for every donation that we have recieved. It is all needed and it has all helped Sebastian continue to thrive. In the very near future, I will be launching some new fundraisers (t-shirts anyone? homemade dog biscuits?) but until then every dollar donated goes toward Sebastian's medical fund!
